Payment

Payment is due at time of order and will be processed via Ko-fi.com. Paypal invoicing is available upon request as an alternative.

Commissions are generally non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

​

• If the customer needs to cancel and work has not yet been started, they will receive a full refund.

• If the customer needs to cancel, but work has already begun, they will receive a 50% refund. This is due to time invested in custom artwork that I cannot use going forward.

In the rare event that I cannot finish a commission, for whatever reason, a full refund will be given.

Workflow and Edits

The customer will receive a preview of the commission at the sketch stage, whereupon edits may be requested. This is when changes are most easily incorporated, so please review carefully and let me know if any changes are needed. It's important to me to portray your character how you visualize them!

Any additional edit requests following the sketch stage (barring color adjustments), constitute major changes and will be charged as $50 per edit.

Turnaround and Deliverables

Turnaround time will be anywhere from 2-5 weeks, depending on commission type and queue length.

Deliverable files will be 300dpi png files; I will include a transparent-type png, as well as a png with white background. Canvas size varies depending on commission type.
